By accessing or using AnalyticsAI's server-side analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our server side analytics tools are provided subject to your acceptance of these terms without modification. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AnalyticsAI provides server-side analytics tracking solutions that enable businesses to collect, process, and analyze user data. Our analytics server side platform includes:

• Server-side data collection and processing infrastructure
• AI-powered analytics and insights generation
• Real-time dashboards and reporting tools
• API access for web server analytics integration
• Data export and third-party integrations

3. Account Registration

To use our server side analytics services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our server-side analytics tools, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect personal data without proper consent or legal basis
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our infrastructure
• Use our services to track individuals without their knowledge or consent

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions to our analytics server side platform are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our server-side analytics after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our server side analytics tools, including software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, remain our exclusive property. You retain all rights to your data collected through our services. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our analytics services.

7. Service Level Agreement

We commit to providing 99.9% uptime for our server-side analytics tracking infrastructure. In the event of service disruptions exceeding our SLA commitments, eligible customers may receive service credits as specified in our SLA documentation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnalyticsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our server side analytics services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our server-side analytics services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases, and we will delete your data within 90 days unless required by law to retain it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
